I hereby grant 4PM DANCE permission to use at any time, and from time to time, a photograph or video recording of my child in connection with any 4PM Dance activity.  I agree to allow 4PM Dance to use any photographs or video taken of my child while at the studio or in performance for 4PM Dance in current and future public social media platforms (e.g. studio website, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok).
