Stretch, Conditioning and Flexibility
This class focuses on training dancers through resistance training to build tissue and nervous system tolerance, improve mobility and muscular strength, and develop proper alignment and muscle control for better health and endurance.

Shannon Gilbert has been a dance instructor for over twenty years. Her focus is on injury prevention and conditioning for dancers. She incorporates cross training with regular dance training in order to improve the dancers' overall performance.

Sam is a dancer, instructor, and choreographer trained in contemporary, ballet, and jazz. He grew up training at Stars Dance Studio in Miami and has earned top honors, including Runner-Up at The Dance Awards and Radix Nationals, and the Legacy Award at the Universal Ballet Competition. This fall, he will pursue his BFA in Dance at the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance.
