Advanced Technique

This is an advanced class in which dancers will learn how to execute movement through strong technique training. Fundamental exercises will be introduced to help them develop stronger feet, kicks, turns, jumps and more. Dancers will continue to train on footwork and flexibility training, build core strength to control turns and transitional movements.
