Jessica Monnig is a dancer from Orange County California who successfully pursued careers in both fitness and dance.  In her dance career she was a member of a professional contemporary company in Los Angeles, performed with Beyoncé at the MTV Video Music Awards, and traveled domestically and internationally judging dance competitions and teaching young dancers.  She then moved to NYC where she developed her love for working within the fitness space, being able to inspire others to move their bodies to the music by way of dance.  She also obtained a yoga certification as well as a comprehensive Pilates certification which has allowed her to expand her movement vocabulary. Her Dance Pilates class is a series of Pilates repertoire along with education to directly serve the needs of dancers in this current environment.   Jessica is looking forward to growing this class and building a community of dancers here at 4PM.
