About this class
Contemporary
This is an advanced class in which dancers will learn choreography that focuses on self expression, story telling and movement. Dancers will practice improvisation while sharpening their skills on posture, balance, control, flexibility, mobility and strength. Dancers will learn choreography that focuses on technique and musicality.
